Our process
IronJar consultants utilize the interative and incremental development process, an effective software development cycle that provides great customer satisfaction.
The basis theory behind iterative development is to create a solution incrementally, allowing the developer to use knowledge obtained from what was created earlier,
the incremental, unit versions of the system. Learning comes from what we call an onsite screening, a special type of meeting where our consultant will come out to
your place of business and show you the progress of your system in order to obtain feedback.
|
Initial Development - Obtain requirements and develop base unit of solution
Onsite Screening - Obtain client feedback, obtain more requirements .
Develop - Develop new units, correct and enhance prior units.
Interate- Cycle through prior two steps until client deems solution complete.
QA - Test solution and fix bugs.
Deploy - Deploy solution to client's site or host.

The main steps in this process are to start with a simple implementation of a portion of the website or application requirements and iteratively add-to the growing versions
until the full solution is complete. At each interval, design modifications are made and new requirements are added. |
